Worst theme park i have been to.Refused…
Worst theme park i have been to.Refused to honour are fast pass ultimate.Heard one staff member arguing with 3 different custmers in front of us in the queque. One person tried explaining his child had autism for the staff member to turn to the man and say thats your problem not mine. After seeing that my family and i left straight away no place for that in todays world.Plus the place was run down and dirty. At least 30% of rides were not even working. No ice to be had anywhere for drinks which is wierd because a big profit for theme parks and the so called fizzy drinks were flat. This park is not owned by lego so might have something to do with all the problems.

We went to Legoland on 8th July 2022
We went to Legoland on 8th July 2022. It was a nice day. We have been before prior to COVID many times usually nearer the end of the year. My daughter really wanted to go again now things have gone back to normal.
It was disappointing as we were queuing on the road to get into the park. We have never experienced this before. So expected it to be busier than usual?
The second queue was getting into the park gates. Again we have never experienced this before. It was very busy considering it was a Monday and schools were still open.
The first ride, the rapids was over an hour even after arriving. We queued up for small spiders ride as it was less busy. It took over 30minutes and managed to do two rides, us on the second.
The people working there didn't seem to be very efficient at getting on with loading and managing the rides. The guy was also training up another person.
Most rides were around an hours wait. It was very busy and the staff did not fill the rides. The rapids boat had 2/3 people in our of 8? Same applies to the other rides. If there are two spaces - get the next 2 people on.
Train the staff to be better are filling rides and getting them ready quickly. This can be done safely.
There are many pluses for this…
There are many pluses for this attraction. Alas there are many more minuses.
We took our 7 yr old grand daughter to Legoland recently.
The park looks really good, well laid out with a lot of exciting rides. Our little lady had a great time, which is the most important thing.
However,
never have I seen a more glum and sour faced workforce (to be fair there were a few pleasant, helpful cheerful staff) who obviously did not want to be there.
As so many people have mentioned, the queue management system is utterly abysmal. Standing in blistering heat for over an hour with no information forthcoming is not only unacceptable, but potentially dangerous.
Many of the drinks machines were empty.
I think that far too many people are allowed into the park at the one time.
Would I return? No.
Rip off
Please for your own sake stay away I brought Mt teenage daughter here with two friends. 6 of the main rides were close due to staff shortages !!! This had a knock on affect on all the other rides one and a half hour ques . The

Avoid toddler annual pass
Submitted a complaint this morning with a very disappointed daughter. We bought the parent & toddler annual pass - £49 for unlimited visits during term time, as opposed to parent & toddler day tickets, also for a visit during term time, for £25 a visit. After your second visit you've made it worthwhile right? Wrong!
Legoland can change the days they allow to use your annual pass at any time, with no reason. And if there's a date that doesn't work for the toddler annual pass, don't worry you can still get a toddler day ticket! They're both term time tickets, so what's the difference? We'll of course annual pass holders have already paid, so Legoland only want to let people in who will make them more money on the day it seems.
Changing the date late on has left us with useless annual leave from work that we won't get back and a disappointed 3yr old. We won't be back out of principle and will expect the costs of the pass back as it was clearly mid-sold to us. Avoid!

My 6 year old loved it and that’s what matters
We stayed for three nights in legoland hotel so we could get two full days at the park. The ninjago room is amazing and the treasure hunt and safe was fabulous. Food was typical of a kids oriented resort (not my personal fav but kids loved it) although the Tournament Tavern was lovely and the staff were so nice and had a lovely way of making my wee boy feel special on his birthday (Karim especially) Prices are very expensive but expected that when they have a captive market. For me their hotel coffee definitely needs to be better. Splash pool was great fun too and the kids entertainers were very engaging. Staff throughout the hotel were brilliant.
The park itself would be better if they capped the amount of people so queues aren’t quite as long although overall my kids were very patient and just relaxed and enjoyed the day. On the first day we got about 4 rides, but on day two (his birthday) we did reserve and ride (middle tier) and that meant we got in at least 12 rides (shows the diff!) and while we waited on countdown timer for longer queues we let them play in park or got lunch. Staff on the kiosks need a little more customer service training as they weren’t great and the resort would improve if you could pick up the prebooked scooter bugs for tots at the hotel side of the park rather than having to carry a toddler across to the beginning and then miss your priority ride hour. However rides like the sky lion and ninjago were a great experience and my son thought the whole holiday was the best so in the end if he’s happy, I’m happy. I would def recommend reserve and ride though given amount of people ?

Same horrible experience as Claire.
Same horrible experience as Claire. Hi
We also have an autistic child, with similar disabilities as Claire’s child, and although we have been coming here for many years, we were informed that the rules were recently changed.
Our son can’t wait in queues either, and he pee’d himself twice, he is 12 years old.
Anyone with a modicum of understanding would know of these types of disabilities in autistic children.
We will never return to this place, as it now conjours up undesirable memories, instead of happy ones.
Wake up legoland! Anyone in management with an autistic child?

Sadly a very bad and expensive day out…
Sadly a very bad and expensive day out with a toddler. I was looking forward to taking my 3 y/o as I remember loving legoland as a kid but it’s not like it was. Long, long queues for everything and total chaos from the moment you get in. We avoided any rides with longer than a 30 minute queue (which was most of them! And this was a weekday !) but once in the queue it ended up being an hour anyway, after you’ve waited 30 mins and got your kid all excited you can’t really leave the queue. So so much waiting. Even to get an ice lolly, the line was so long and so slow. Everything took 30 mins+. The worst part by far though was leaving, we got trapped in the car park with all the other cars trying to get out for over an hour!!! A nightmare with a child in the car. Avoid.

Awful experience for my autistic child
Awful experience. Spent all this week trying to convince Merlin my son required an access pass as he has had in previous years before the rules changed (he is autistic and cannot cope with queues), was denied because he didn’t get ‘high rate mobility’ on disability living allowance (mobility issues are not generally a difficulty for autistic people). Last message we sent to Merlin was ignored so came to Legoland today anyway as was booked armed with additional evidence to show guest services. I spent half an hour showing them reams of my sons confidential paperwork to evidence the significance of his disability with no positive result for us. Called our GP who kindly wrote a supporting letter to say he couldn’t queue, then instantly given an access pass. No suggestion from Merlin to do this earlier in the week which would have prevent a nearly 2 hour battle today. Having arrived at 10am, I finally was able to safely and happily take my son on a ride at midday. Later about 2pm the access pass page online randomly said none of the ride access codes could be issued for half an hour (an issue other families with disabled children were also having) and we were told there was nothing that could be done and we needed to wait half an hour before we could access any other ride. Made the decision to leave early due to hideous, discriminatory and unsupportive experience. Will be writing a formal complaint. Such a shame as we had been given tickets by a charity who support families of disabled children- I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after our experience today.

Definitely not worth the money
Definitely not worth the money, opening hours are a joke, paid for 2 day tickets and managed 6 rides in 2 days! Website states they cater for disabilities but no they don't i had a letter from our paediatrician stating my daughter can't queue for long and other disability proof but still couldn't get queue jump, got in various queues which said 20 min wait, waited 30 mins queue wasn't moving so had to walk out, this happened 3 or 4 times so we gave up, nowhere to eat from 4pm but yet was stuck in the car park for 2 hours with hungry thirsty kids! Overall not worth the time or money, also school trips there, 1 teacher would queue at the front then call the other classes through so you then have to wait even longer for another 30 kids, only 1 staff member working most rides so very slow at getting people on and off too!
Not worth the money and such a time and energy waste!!!
I should have read all the reviews here before taking our 3 year old to Legoland UK (near Windsor) because it was a big mistake, wasted money, time and energy. Long queues to enter, 45-60 minutes waiting time to get on each ride which lasts 2 minutes. Rides are nothing special or exciting, quite outdated I'd say.
Management of Legoland must impose limits of visitors per day which is easy to control and manage with online system and it was implemented by many venues post pandemic.
This is cruel and awful what they put young kids and their parents to, as young children lack patience and with various weather conditions queuing with them is a nightmare.
Queuing for an hour for a 2 minutes ride doesn't mean you'd get on it as they may close the ride due to rain etc.
There was even a queue for an ice cream at the shop where 2 very slow inefficient sales persons managed to creat a long queue which was moving very slowly.
Some of the shops/cafes closed. No enough benches or areas to rest.
It's also a robbery as everything you must pay for and very expensive, and you have no choice but pay. Parking is also at a separate cost.
Want to avoid queuing pay hundreds on top of all.
Resolution: very unorganized place, outdated no special rides, uncontrolled overcrowded place, not worth the price, waste of time as realistically only 3-4 rides can be done and the day is over, difficult for small kids to handle all this stress and mess.
Such a shame as such a beautiful location was wasted and such exciting idea did not get implemented successfully.
